Privacy notice for the contact form

This notice covers only the demo and contact form on this page. Data inside the app itself is processed by the condominium, as explained there.

What we collect: your name, email, phone (optional), your role, city or address, number of units in the building (optional) and your message.

Why: only to reply to your enquiry. We do not use it for advertising and do not share it with third parties without a legal basis.

Legal basis: your consent — Art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Giving consent is voluntary.

How: your details are sent by email to the Domovoditel team and are not saved in the app's database. We keep them only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.

Your rights: you may access, correct and delete your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, simply reply to the confirmation email you receive after sending the form.

Cookies

The site and the app store only what they cannot work without in your browser. These need no consent, but we list them here:

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Should we ever add any, they will only load after you allow them.

The language follows the page address (/en), and your “Pomoshtnik” tour progress is kept in your account, not in the browser. Icons load from Google Fonts and the “Made by IT SQUAD” badge from it-squad.eu; they set no cookies, but those servers receive your IP address, as with any file download.

You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.
