General assemblies, voting, minutes and both types of contributions follow the Bulgarian Condominium Management Act (ZUES).
Online voting and ready-made minutes
Agenda items, voting weighted by ideal parts (each owner's share of the common property) and a quorum check. Invitations and minutes for the constituent and general assemblies are prepared for you — to print or save as PDF, as plain text or as a .docx file.
Open finances
Every income and expense can only be recorded with a supporting document attached. Everyone can see which unit paid what and when — in a chart and in a table.
Monthly contributions, no manual sums
Management and maintenance costs (Art. 51) and the Repair and Renovation Fund (Art. 50) each have their own basis and their own balance. Contributions are charged every month, each owner gets a monthly statement, and everything can be downloaded to Excel.
Ideal parts, calculated for you
Enter the area of each unit and the ideal parts (shares of the common property) are recalculated to exactly 100%. The floors and the building plan update straight away.
Emergencies and reports
Anyone can report an emergency — everyone sees it and the manager deals with it. A report or suggestion to the manager can also be sent anonymously.

Yearly archive
Download a whole year with one click — JSON, CSV and a ZIP with the documents as .docx. The archive can be imported back.
Email notifications
You get an email when there is a new assembly, minutes, an emergency, new monthly charges or a new entry in the cash book.
Many entrances, one account
You can be the manager of one entrance and a resident in another. Switch between them from the top bar without logging in again.
Privacy and security
GDPR consent, separate rights for the manager and for residents, and data kept strictly apart between entrances. Neighbours do not see your personal details.
